Introducing the Fire Island!
Fire Island is an inspired recipe from a craving of MORE FLAVOR! We have a deep well of flavor starting with the OG (Shoyu, Sesame Oil, Onion and sesame seeds) completely blown out with bright and tangy Yuzu Kosho (Pepper and yuzu paste), Avocado, Mango Habanero (BRAND NEW) and topped with Garlic Crisps.
The name represents both the heat and energy it takes to create a beautiful volcanic island chain like Hawaii AND harkens to one of the most fun places in the North east, Fire Island!
The recipe has some heat and a full array of bright, tangy creamy sweet HEAT. It’s our new favorite here at headquarters and we hope you love it too!
